Appropriates $1,107,615,900 total for the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), with $393,399,200 from General Funds and $714,216,700 from Other State Funds

Allocates $115,409,200 from the General Revenue Fund for personal services ($107,206,100) and state contributions to Social Security ($8,203,100)

Provides $681,716,700 from the Technology Management Revolving Fund for administrative and program expenses, including prior years' costs

Dedicates $12,000,000 from the DoIT Special Projects Fund for cybersecurity initiatives authorized under the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA)

Funds an Artificial Intelligence Innovation Program with $6,000,000 total ($3,000,000 deposited from General Revenue Fund into DoIT Special Projects Fund, plus $3,000,000 appropriated from that fund)

Appropriates $17,500,000 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for the Illinois Century Network and broadband projects
