Appropriates $27,472,800 total for the Illinois Department of Labor for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), comprising $14,822,800 from General Funds, $6,250,000 from Other State Funds, and $6,400,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $12,433,300 from the General Revenue Fund for department operations, including $10,200,000 for personal services, $773,300 for Social Security contributions, and $770,000 for electronic data processing.

Dedicates $4,000,000 from the Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund for administering child labor laws and temporary labor services regulations.

Provides $6,000,000 in federal funds for occupational safety and health programs, including $4,000,000 for OSHA programs and $2,000,000 for public sector worksite safety enforcement.

Funds enforcement of worker protection laws including $1,681,500 combined for the Equal Pay Act, $912,300 for the Paid Leave for All Workers Act, and $500,000 for wage theft enforcement.
