Appropriates $47.45 billion total for the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), comprising $8.78 billion from General Funds, $37.89 billion from Other State Funds, and $775 million from Federal Funds.

Allocates $6.08 billion from the General Revenue Fund for medical assistance providers and related operating and administrative costs.

Provides $21 billion from the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund for medical assistance providers, plus $7.9 billion from the Hospital Provider Fund for hospitals and managed care organizations.

Appropriates $254.9 million for Child Support Services, including $66.7 million for personal services and $86.9 million for contractual services.

Includes $15 million for the Illinois Health and Human Services Innovation Incubator Program and $2 billion from the Drug Rebate Fund for prescription drug coverage and managed care payments.
