Appropriates $25,906,800 total for the Illinois Arts Council for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027), consisting of $24,511,800 from General Funds, $1,325,000 from Federal Funds, and $70,000 from Other State Funds.

Allocates $17,207,200 for grants and administrative expenses including $7,570,400 for arts organizations and individual artists, $3,429,000 for arts education, and $3,308,000 for underserved constituencies.

Provides $2,901,300 for Illinois Arts Council operational expenses and $393,000 for additional administrative costs.

Designates $1,657,800 for grants to public radio and television stations under the Public Radio and Television Grant Act.

Includes $1,445,000 for a grant to the Illinois Humanities Council and $907,500 for arts programming in schools.
