Appropriates $95,593,800 total for the Illinois Commerce Commission for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), comprising $95,343,800 from Other State Funds and $250,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $47,032,600 from the Public Utility Fund for public utilities regulation, including $20,820,000 for personal services and $8,343,300 for contractual services.

Provides $19,933,900 from the Transportation Regulatory Fund for transportation regulation operations, plus $2,000,000 for the Unified Carrier Registration System.

Appropriates $7,000,000 from the Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Fund for a grant to the Statewide One-call Notice System.

Designates $12,000,000 for Energy Transition Act administration, $3,000,000 for Consumer Intervenor Compensation Fund administration, and $250,000 for first responder pipeline emergency training through the Illinois Fire Chiefs Association.
