Appropriates $663,542,690 total for Illinois Environmental Protection Agency ordinary and contingent expenses for FY2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), comprising $536,333,587 from Other State Funds and $127,209,103 from Federal Funds

Allocates $61,893,000 from the Underground Storage Tank Fund for program operations, including $40,100,000 for site remediation and reimbursements to owners/operators of leaking underground storage tanks

Provides $38,000,000 from the EPA Court Trust Fund for costs associated with court orders and settlements, and $32,000,000 from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund for deposit into the Vehicle Inspection Fund

Appropriates $25,358,200 from the Clean Air Act Permit Fund for Title V activities and $14,600,000 from the Electric Vehicle and Charging Fund for EV program administration, grants, and rebates

Funds various environmental programs including $18,747,900 for solid waste management, $16,512,000 for air pollution control from federal funds, and $2,000,000 for Climate Pollution Reduction Grant planning under the Inflation Reduction Act
