Appropriates $497,068,568 total for FY2027 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority, comprising $100,538,850 from General Funds, $232,067,751 from Other State Funds, and $164,461,967 from Federal Funds

Allocates $180,000,000 from the Criminal Justice Information Projects Fund for the Restore, Reinvest, and Renew Program, plus $2,190,000 for research and evaluation of these programs

Provides $16,342,700 for Community-Based Violence Prevention Programs and $13,000,000 for Adult Redeploy and Diversion Programs from General Revenue

Directs $20,000,000 from the Violent Crime Witness Protection Program Fund for grants related to the Violent Crime Witness Protection Act and Crime Reduction Task Force Act
