Appropriates $299,454,900 in Other State Funds for the Illinois Department of Gaming Regulation and Enforcement for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026)

Allocates $190,000,000 from the State Gaming Fund for distributions to local governments for admissions and wagering tax

Provides $24,400,000 for personal services and $11,200,000 for State Employees' Retirement System contributions from the State Gaming Fund

Dedicates $23,070,000 for Video Gaming Act administration, $6,575,000 for Illinois Gambling Act administration, and $11,815,000 for Illinois State Police gaming-related expenses

Appropriates $17,500,000 from the Sports Wagering Fund (including $16,000,000 for local government distributions) and $4,967,900 from the Horse Racing Fund for regulatory administration
