Appropriates $141,287,910 total for the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), consisting of $133,287,910 in state funds and $8,000,000 in federal funds.

Allocates $66,467,900 from the Law Enforcement Training Fund for operations, including $18.5 million for basic training, $24.2 million for in-service training, and $9.1 million for personal services.

Provides $4,000,000 in new appropriations and reappropriates up to $54,820,010 in unexpended funds for grants to local governments for law enforcement vehicle cameras, officer training, and data storage costs.

Appropriates $8,000,000 from the Law Enforcement Officers Training Board Federal Projects Fund for federal project expenses.

Effective date is July 1, 2026.
