Allocates $1,838,482,920 for the State's contribution to the State Employees' Retirement System

Provides $154,166,000 for the State's contribution to the Judges Retirement System of Illinois

Appropriates $25,650,000 for the State's contribution to the General Assembly Retirement System

Includes $27,400 for Social Security Division operational expenses and $10,000 for employer-paid employee retirement contributions from prior fiscal years
