Appropriates $77,527,220 total for the Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshal for fiscal year 2027, comprising $76,527,220 from Other State Funds and $1,000,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $41,959,900 from the Fire Prevention Fund for General Office operations, including $19,416,000 for personal services, $8,437,400 for state retirement contributions, and $5,456,000 for group insurance.

Provides $6,978,500 from the Underground Storage Tank Fund for personnel, benefits, equipment, and operational expenses related to underground storage tank regulation.

Funds firefighter training and support programs including $6,000,000 for the Small Equipment Grant Program, $5,500,000 for the Fire Station Rehabilitation and Construction Grant Program, $5,360,500 for Chicago Fire Department training, and $1,000,000 for Minimum Basic Firefighter Training.
