Appropriates $235,512,700 total for Southern Illinois University's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027), including $234,246,700 from General Funds and $1,266,000 from Other State Funds

$228,286,700 from the Education Assistance Fund allocated for general operational expenses of the university

$1,250,000 from the General Professions Dedicated Fund designated for pharmacy practice education and training programs at the Edwardsville campus

$1,130,600 appropriated for the Simmons Cancer Institute and $1,000,000 for the National Corn-to-Ethanol Research Center and ethanol research grants

Additional targeted appropriations include $2,700,000 for programming at the former Lindenwood Campus in Belleville, $500,000 for a 911 emergency information distribution study, and $300,000 for the SIU Institute of Rural Health
