$670,619,400 from the Education Assistance Fund allocated for general operational expenses; $40,380,600 from General Revenue Fund for University of Illinois Hospital operating costs

$15,373,200 appropriated for the Prairie Research Institute, with an additional $500,000 from the Hazardous Waste Research Fund for related expenses

$3,000,000 allocated for the Illinois Innocence Project at University of Illinois Springfield; $2,000,000 for the Climate Jobs Institute; $8,040,800 for the Illinois Fire Service Institute
