Appropriates $7,104,357,993 in General Funds for the Teachers' Retirement System of Illinois for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026)

Allocates $6,593,862,236 from the Common School Fund for the State's required contribution to TRS

Provides $141,801,757 from the General Revenue Fund for deposit into the Teacher Health Insurance Security Fund

Appropriates $367,994,000 from the Common School Fund to the Chicago Public School Teachers' Pension and Retirement Fund ($351,110,000 plus $16,884,000 for separate statutory contributions)

Includes $200,000 from the Education Assistance Fund for minimum retirement allowance costs and $500,000 for State employer contributions for certain teachers
