Exempts prescription medicines used for cancer treatment from Illinois Use Tax, Service Use Tax, Service Occupation Tax, and Retailers' Occupation Tax.

Exempts FDA Class III medical devices used for cancer treatment pursuant to a prescription from the same state taxes.

Amends four separate tax acts (35 ILCS 105, 110, 115, and 120) to implement the exemptions.

Effective date is July 1, 2026.
