Extends the deadline for filing applications for judgment and order of sale for the 2024 annual tax sale in counties with fewer than 3,000,000 inhabitants to December 1, 2026, instead of the standard 90 days after the second installment due date.

Suspends interest accrual on delinquent warrant year 2024 property tax balances until January 1, 2027 for counties outside Cook County.

Amends Section 21-150 of the Property Tax Code (35 ILCS 200/21-150).

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
