Designates the County Road 1900E Interstate 74 Overpass as the "Trooper Corey S. Thompsen Memorial Overpass" in honor of the Illinois State Trooper killed in the line of duty on October 18, 2024

Trooper Thompsen served with Illinois State Police District 10 in Pesotum, joined the Motorcycle Enforcement Bureau in 2022, and was assigned to the Central Special Operations Group Fatal 4 Team in 2023

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect appropriate plaques or signs at suitable locations identifying the memorial overpass

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to Trooper Thompsen's family, the Mayor of St. Joseph, and the Secretary of Transportation
