Declares March 2025 as Illinois Whole Child Month to recognize the importance of ensuring each student is challenged, supported, healthy, safe, and engaged

Promotes a "whole child approach" to education that addresses students' comprehensive needs through shared responsibility of students, families, schools, and communities

Cites current educational challenges: 87% high school graduation rate, only 29% of 11th graders meet SAT Math standards, 30% meet SAT English/Language Arts standards, 51% of students proficient in science, and only 64% of seniors enroll in college within 12 months

Urges parents, educators, and community members to support whole child education and encourages every Illinois school to adopt at least one whole child tenet during the month

Directs a copy of the resolution be presented to the Illinois Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development
