Mourns the passing of Helen Marie Dulle of Springfield, who died on June 12, 2025, at age 84

Honors her 33-year career as volleyball coach at Sacred Heart-Griffin High School, where she was at one time the winningest coach in Illinois

Recognizes her induction into the Illinois High School Association Hall of Fame and the Springfield Sports Hall of Fame

Extends condolences from the Illinois Senate to her surviving family members, including brothers Charles, Richard, and Kenneth Johnson, and numerous nieces and nephews

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to the family of Helen Dulle
