Served in public roles as supervisor of Hollis Township and as a member of the Tuscarora Volunteer Fire Department

Developed the Whitetail Ridge Estates subdivision in Bartonville with his wife Alberta, to whom he was married for 57 years

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to the family as an expression of sympathy
