Mourns the passing of Otto George Stephenitch, who died on July 12, 2025, at age 93

Honors his military service on the front lines with the U.S. Army during the Korean War and his 23-year career as president of Canton State Bank (1972-1995)

Recognizes his leadership in rebuilding Canton State Bank after it was destroyed in the 1975 tornado, supervising temporary relocation and construction of a new building completed in 1977

Acknowledges his extensive community involvement including Meals on Wheels, Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Lions Club, Knights of Columbus (50+ year member), and being named Canton's Citizen of the Year in 1974

Extends condolences to his surviving wife Lois, sons Daniel and David, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to his family
