Recognizes his 40-year career at Illinois Power and service as business manager of IBEW Local 1306, as well as president of the board of directors of Utility Employees Credit Union

Notes his service in the United States Army Reserve from 1961 to 1967

Acknowledges his accomplishments as an avid trap shooter and his hunting expeditions to locations including Greenland, Africa, Argentina, Canada, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming

Extends condolences to his wife of 65 years, Carolyn, his two sons, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and other surviving family members
