Memorial resolution honoring Todd Renfrow of Springfield, who passed away on December 16, 2025 at age 91

Served in the United States Army during the Korean War and played basketball for both Illinois College and the Army

Held numerous public service positions including chairman of the Democratic Party of Sangamon County, executive assistant to Secretary of State Alan Dixon, director of Public Works for Springfield, deputy director under Secretary of State Jesse White, and general manager of City Water, Light, and Power (CWLP)

Owned and operated Uptown Garage & Renfrow Auto Parts as the family business

Survived by his wife Helen of 67 years, two daughters, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren
