Born March 16, 1944 in Macon, Mississippi; attended Gradwohl School of Medical Technology and married Lonzo Greenwood on September 18, 1965

Dedicated more than 30 years of service to Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals before retiring and working with East St. Louis School District #189

Survived by her husband of 59 years, two daughters (Tracey and LaToya Greenwood), three grandchildren, and numerous siblings

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to the family as an expression of sympathy from the Illinois Senate
