Illinois Senate memorial resolution honoring James Dean "Jim" Bolin of Casey, who passed away on January 27, 2026 at age 61

Served as Vice President of Bolin Enterprises, Inc., helping grow his family's small sandblasting and paint shop into a nationally recognized business employing approximately 250 people

Created "Big Things in A Small Town," installing world-record roadside attractions in Casey including the World's Largest Wind Chime, Rocking Chair, and Mailbox, drawing tourists from around the world

Lifelong Casey community member who held various leadership positions and was a devoted member of Moriah Church

Survived by his wife of 40 years, Diane Bolin, two children, and three grandchildren
