Memorial resolution honoring Andy Jack Bolsen of rural Moultrie County, who passed away on February 14, 2026 at age 71

Served as president of the Moultrie County Farm Bureau from 2014 through November 2025 and was a lifelong Illinois Farm Bureau member who helped pass the professional membership class

Worked for Fathauer Grainland where he designed and created agricultural devices including a seed blower, tractor mounted auger, and grain truck conversion before retiring in March 2025

Founded and led the Piatt County Antique Outlaw Tractor Pull for more than a decade and served on the boards of the Moultrie-Sullivan County and Piatt County Fairs

Survived by his wife of 45 years, Tina, three daughters, nine grandchildren, and three sisters
