Establishes a two-year statute of limitations for occupational disease claims, starting from either the date of disablement or when the employee knew or should have known of the diagnosis and its connection to employment

Expands product liability actions for asbestos-related injuries to include persons who mined or sold commercial products containing or using asbestos (previously required mining and selling commercial asbestos)

Creates a one-year revival window (July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011) allowing previously time-barred claims to be filed for occupational diseases, asbestos-related personal injury/disability/disease/death, and asbestos-related property damage

Removes the previous complex tiered system of limitation periods for asbestos-related occupational diseases that varied based on exposure dates (ranging from 3 to 35 years)
