• Transfers all property, records, equipment, personnel, contracts, and indebtedness from transferring townships or precincts to recipient townships, with property tax levies restricted to former boundaries for debt repayment.

• Repeals minimum size or valuation requirements for newly created or altered townships.

• Elections for township boundary changes may only occur once every three years, with effective dates adjusted to avoid the year before federal decennial census years.
