Establishes the Study Committee on Agriculture Safety and Production to study ways to enhance state agency purchases of Indiana-grown agricultural products, with the committee set to expire December 31, 2016

Allows governmental bodies to give up to a 10% price preference for agricultural products grown, produced, or processed in Indiana

Requires the Indiana Department of Agriculture to promote agricultural safety programs as a new duty

Adds an Indiana farm product preference as a new type of preference that offerors may claim in government procurement

Effective date of July 1, 2010
