Creates new Class B felony of "promotion of child trafficking" for recruiting, harboring, or transporting a person under 18 years of age for forced labor, involuntary servitude, forced marriage, or prostitution

Expands the Class A felony of sexual trafficking of a minor to apply to any person at least 18 years old who sells or transfers custody of a child for prostitution, rather than only parents, guardians, or custodians as under current law

Adds promotion of child trafficking to the list of offenses requiring sex offender registration under Indiana's sex offender registry statutes

Effective date of July 1, 2010
