• Amends Indiana Code IC 32-31-1-21 to modify flood plain disclosure requirements for rental properties
• Removes basements from the definition of structures required to disclose flood plain location status
• Applies to rental agreements for residential, agricultural, and commercial property entered into or renewed after June 30, 2009
• Requires landlords to disclose in the rental agreement if the lowest floor of a structure is at or below the 100-year frequency flood elevation as determined by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps, or FEMA-approved local flood plain maps
