IN HB1288

Terminates over 90 state boards, commissions, committees, and other governmental entities on July 1, 2013, including the Air Pollution Control Board, Indiana Arts Commission, Education Roundtable, Great Lakes Commission, and numerous advisory councils

Prohibits use of public funds by or on behalf of any terminated entity after June 30, 2013, except for expenses necessary to discontinue operations that are approved by the governor

Directs the Legislative Services Agency, under the Legislative Council's direction, to prepare legislation for the 2013 regular session to bring affected statutes into compliance with the terminations

Effective date of July 1, 2010, with entity terminations taking effect three years later on July 1, 2013
