Urges the Indiana Department of Transportation to rename the section of State Road 9 at its intersection with State Road 44 "The Sheriff Albert Woodard McCorkle Memorial Highway" in honor of the sheriff who died from a gunshot wound on October 10, 1880.

Requests renaming the section of State Road 9 North running through Shelby County "The Trooper Herbert Wade Smith Memorial Highway" to honor the state trooper killed in the line of duty on December 5, 1946.

Calls for renaming the section of Interstate 74 through Shelby County "The Sergeant Gary Wayne Henderson Memorial Highway" in recognition of the Shelbyville police sergeant killed on October 10, 2007, while responding to a call for assistance.

Asks for renaming the section of State Road 44 West running through Shelby County "The Deputy Stacia S. Lockridge Alyea Memorial Highway" to honor the sheriff's deputy killed while pursuing a drunk driver on April 18, 1996.

Directs the House Principal Clerk to transmit a copy of the resolution to the families of the four officers and to the Indiana Department of Transportation commissioner.
