Requires all locations where voters can cast absentee ballots in person before election day to meet the same accessibility requirements as regular precinct polling places under IC 3-11-8

Applies to the circuit court clerk's office, where voters may cast absentee ballots up to 29 days before election day through noon the day before the election

Extends accessibility requirements to satellite absentee voting offices that county election boards may authorize through unanimous resolution

Effective date of July 1, 2010
