Allows operators and workers at charity gaming events (who are not full-time employees of the organization) to receive up to $50 in remuneration for conducting or assisting in the event.

Permits qualified organizations to provide meals to operators and workers during charity gaming events without the $50 limit.

Authorizes qualified organizations to provide recognition dinners and social events for operators and workers if the value does not constitute an unreasonable expenditure.

Allows employees of qualified organizations holding a PPT license to participate in sales and redemption of pull tabs, punchboards, and tip boards and receive their ordinary employment remuneration.

Effective date: July 1, 2010.
