• Reduces the dollar threshold for delinquent child support from $2,000 to $1,000 while maintaining the three-month alternative threshold.

• Applies the new delinquent definition across seven Indiana Code sections affecting driving privileges, professional licenses, occupational licenses, racetrack and racing licenses, riverboat gambling licenses, natural resources licenses, and financial institution data matching systems.

• Becomes effective July 1, 2010.
