Urges the Indiana Legislative Council to establish a committee to study the impact of federal health insurance legislation on Indiana and its citizens.

Committee study shall examine Indiana's current health programs (Medicaid/Medicare, Children's Health Insurance Plan, Healthy Indiana Plan), primary care provider shortages, and required statutory and budget changes.

Committee shall make recommendations on legislative and executive branch options available to address the impact of federal health legislation on the state.

Committee shall operate under direction of the Legislative Council and issue a final report on findings when directed by the council.
