Memorializes Kenton "Eric" Clark, who passed away on October 7, 2009, at age 74, for his contributions to the Carmel Clay School System

Clark served as a teacher, counselor, assistant principal, and basketball coach during his 39-year tenure at Carmel schools, leading the boys' basketball team to the school's first state championship in 1977

Earned numerous honors including Indiana Coach of the Year (1976-1977), The Sagamore of the Wabash (1997), and induction into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame and multiple other athletic halls of fame

The "Eric Clark Activity Center," Carmel High School's athletic facilities, was named in his honor upon his retirement in 1997

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Clark's widow Betty and school officials at Carmel High School and Carmel Schools
