Urges the Legislative Council to assign four study topics to the Unemployment Insurance Oversight Committee during the 2010 interim period.

Directs committee to examine processing times and delays for unemployment insurance benefit claims submitted by eligible claimants at the Department of Workforce Development.

Requires committee to review types and amounts of savings realized from implementing HEA 1379-2009 (P.L. 175-2009).

Directs committee to identify types and amounts of fraud and abuse in the unemployment insurance system.

Directs committee to examine eligibility of full-time students for UI benefits and the relationship between that eligibility and employer contributions for student employees.
