Prohibits the manufacture, distribution, or advertising of flavored cigarettes in Indiana, with violations classified as Class A infractions

Defines "flavored cigarettes" as those containing characterizing flavors such as strawberry, grape, orange, clove, cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, cherry, coffee, or marijuana, but explicitly excludes tobacco and menthol flavoring

Possessing flavored cigarettes with intent to manufacture, distribute, or advertise them also constitutes a Class A infraction

Authorizes the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission to revoke registration certificates or retail sales certificates of persons who violate the flavored cigarette prohibitions
