• Amends IC 6-6-11-12.5 to expand permitted uses of the lake and river enhancement fund, effective July 1, 2011.
• Allows local governmental units to use fund money for removal of logjams and obstructions from natural streams and rivers.
• Prohibits use of fund money for removing logjams or obstructions from manmade waterways or ditches.
• Maintains existing fund allocations: one-half for department of natural resources lake and river enhancement projects, one-half for lake projects (sediment removal and invasive species control) and new stream obstruction removal authority.
