Requires each Indiana school corporation to establish a written dress code as part of its mandatory discipline rules, effective July 1, 2011

Changes dress codes from optional ("may include") to mandatory ("must include") under IC 20-33-8-12

Maintains existing requirements for school corporations to establish written discipline rules with a graduated system of discipline

Requires school corporations to publicize discipline rules to students and parents through good faith efforts to disseminate the text or substance of the rules

Preserves the governing body's authority to delegate rulemaking and disciplinary authority as necessary to carry out school purposes
