Redefines "textbook" in Indiana Code to mean only materials in electronic or digital format, effective after June 30, 2014

Requires school corporations to rent or provide only electronic or digital format textbooks to students beginning with the 2014-2015 school year

Eliminates the ability of school corporations to provide traditional printed textbooks after the 2014-2015 school year implementation date

Effective date of July 1, 2011, with textbook format requirements phased in by June 30, 2014
