Requires school corporations, charter schools, and joint programs to create and maintain a searchable online database of all revenues and expenditures by June 30, 2012

Database must include detailed expenditure information: recipient names and addresses, amounts, funding sources, dates, budget categories, purposes, and copies of all credit card statements

Expenditures must be broken out separately for adult education programs, community services not exclusively for K-12, and preschool/early childhood programs

Financial data must be updated at least monthly, archived and searchable, downloadable in open data format, and include both budgeted amounts and audited actual figures

Education providers must display on their main website page the total expenditures, student enrollment (ADM), and per-pupil spending calculated by subtracting non-K-12 expenditures from total spending
