• Replaces population-based classifications with specific county and city names: Clark County, Floyd County, city of New Albany, city of Jeffersonville, and town of Clarksville.

• Expands the definition of required tourism business experience to include engagement in convention, visitor, or tourism businesses, or involvement in promoting such activities.
