• Renames the "farm winery brandy distiller's permit" to "farm winery distiller's permit" throughout Indiana Code.

• Expands permit holder authority to manufacture, rectify, and bottle liquor in addition to brandy.

• Allows permit holders to sell liquor at retail on permitted premises by the glass or bottle, or both, if self-manufactured.

• Maintains the 10,000 gallon annual production limit for brandy and liquor combined, with exemption for products sold through licensed wholesalers.

• Takes effect July 1, 2011.
