Removes the requirement that students must be eligible for free or reduced price school lunches to participate in Indiana's Twenty-first Century Scholars Program

Students must still have been eligible for free or reduced price lunches at some point during grades 6 through 12 to apply for a scholarship under the program

Clarifies that eligibility for the Twenty-first Century Scholars Program does not automatically qualify students for the federal GEAR-UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Program) early intervention program

Students must separately demonstrate free or reduced price lunch eligibility to participate in GEAR-UP
