Establishes a 10-year statute of limitations for actions to recognize foreign country judgments in Indiana, or the time the judgment remains effective in the foreign country, whichever is earlier.

Creates the Uniform Act for the Recognition of Foreign Country Money Judgments, applicable to final monetary judgments from foreign courts, but excludes tax judgments, fines, penalties, and domestic relations matters.

Courts must recognize foreign country judgments unless the foreign judicial system lacks impartial tribunals, the defendant lacked proper notice or jurisdiction, or recognition would violate due process or public policy.

Lists specific bases for personal jurisdiction that cannot be challenged, including personal service in the foreign country, voluntary appearance, prior agreement to jurisdiction, defendant's domicile or business location in the foreign country, and operation of vehicles in that country.

Allows recognition claims to be filed as original actions or raised as counterclaims or affirmative defenses; once recognized, foreign judgments become as conclusive and enforceable as Indiana judgments.
