Calls on the United States Congress to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA) of 2010, also known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

States the Indiana General Assembly's position that individuals should have the right to make their own health care decisions and that no law should restrict freedom of choice in private health care systems or plans.

Declares that no law should penalize individuals for choosing to decline health care coverage or for paying directly for lawful medical services.

Recommends that states pursue smaller, incremental health care reforms based on free market solutions such as tort reform and allowing individuals to purchase health insurance across state lines instead of comprehensive federal mandates.

Directs the House Principal Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to Indiana's Congressional delegation.
