Urges the Indiana Department of Transportation to rename all of Interstate 465 the USS Indianapolis Memorial Highway to commemorate the ship and its crew.

References the USS Indianapolis commissioning on November 15, 1932, and its sinking on July 30, 1945, after being torpedoed by a Japanese submarine while returning from delivering atomic bomb components.

Notes the ship capsized in 12 minutes with approximately 900 of 1,196 crew members lost, representing the worst U.S. Naval disaster and worst shark attack loss in naval history.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit the resolution to the Indiana Department of Transportation Commissioner and the USS Indianapolis Survivors Organization chairman.
